Awkward small talk, uncomfortable silences. Expectations and pressure, disappointment and rejection. Too often, that's what a first date is like.

Not anymore.

In this unique event our expert facilitators combine traditional Mindfulness methods with cutting-edge approaches from Applied Improvisation to empower you into a state of authentic presence. When you're in this state, nervousness and self-consciousness melt away while our interactive guided exercises light the spark for you.

So that you can simply relax, have fun, and be yourself.

is to provide a safe and supportive environment to connect: firstly with yourself, and then authentically with others. This is a chance not only to make new friends or find a partner, but to develop increased emotional intelligence and relational awareness.

After you've had a chance to connect with everyone present, you'll then decide who you'd like to get to know better. If that's mutual, we'll put you together in pairs for guided "mini-dates."

♥𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿♥

is a beautiful old parish hall that has been repurposed into a contemporary theater space. Take in the ambiance as your hosts clearly guide you through the session. No experience is needed. The space is smoke-free. All exercises are an invitation, and there is space to withdraw if you need.

are beautiful continuums. This event is aimed at people aged 25-45 who are open to a heterosexual connection. We will be hosting similar events in the future for different constellations and ages.

𝗙𝗔𝗤𝘀:

1. What should I wear?

Think comfort with a touch of your best self! Your outfit should let you feel relaxed but still sharp, so you can move, sit cross-legged or stand with ease. But it's a date, so grooming matters! And go easy on strong scents; some people are sensitive.

2. Is there food or drink?

Beverages are available for sale at the venue, and you're welcome to bring a water bottle. While we encourage everyone to eat beforehand so you can concentrate on the event, if you need to snack please make sure your food isn't messy or has a strong scent.
